You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.
The Sculpting Coach provides diet and fitness coaching services including but not limited to: personalized nutrition plans, exercise programming, group fitness classes, one-on-one coaching sessions, wellness assessments, educational content, and community support forums. The specific services available to you depend on your selected membership plan.
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our programs, but we do not warrant that all descriptions, pricing, schedules, or other content on our website are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.
IMPORTANT: The Sculpting Coach provides fitness and nutrition coaching services for general wellness purposes. Our Services are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any new diet, exercise program, or wellness regimen.
You acknowledge that participation in physical exercise and dietary changes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or adverse health effects. By using our Services, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that The Sculpting Coach, its coaches, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or health complications arising from your participation in our programs.
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, food allergies, or dietary restrictions, you must disclose this information to your coach and obtain medical clearance before beginning any program. You agree to immediately stop any exercise or dietary practice that causes pain, discomfort, or adverse reactions and consult a healthcare professional.
We offer various membership plans as described on our Pricing page. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis (monthly) until you cancel your subscription.
All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and keeping it current. Failed payments may result in suspension of your access to paid Services.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following at least thirty (30) days' notice.
New members may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of their initial subscription purchase if they are not satisfied with our Services. Refund requests must be submitted via our contact form or email. After the 14-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid Services until the end of the paid period.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
Our Services may allow you to post comments, reviews, photos, or other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with our Services and marketing efforts.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services that are not owned or controlled by The Sculpting Coach. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SCULPTING COACH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, COACHES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Sculpting Coach and its officers, directors, employees, coaches, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification sections.
